Picnic Range
PICNIC BUBBLES: Fruit, bubbles & a crisp clean finish. A soft sparkling wine made from Chardonnay with straw aromas.
PICNIC WHITE: A nice simple sweet white, full of fleshy fruit flavours. A fantastic summer drink with cheese and biscuits.
PICNIC RED: Soft and sweet, warm climate style wine. Best served chilled with good friends and a BBQ.
Platypus Range
UNWOODED CHARDONNAY: Delicate and supple through to a fruity finish. A drink now wine and is excellent with spicy dishes, white meat and bruschetta.
SEMILLON: Hand harvested by our members, this wine has a clean, dry palate, light to medium in body with citrus tones. Perfect with fresh seafood or Mediterranean dishes.
DEVINE RED: A deep cherry red in colour with purple hues. This wine is made from estate grown Chambourcin and blended with Merlot, Cabernet and Shiraz. A light bodied wine that has captured the essence of Queensland Reds.
O'Reilly's Generation Range
VINCE RESERVE VERDELHO: Passionfruit and mango aromas with a ctirus finish. The verdelho is a medium bodied wine with smooth tropical flavours. Great to drink now or will hold in your cellar for 3-5 years
SHANE RESERVE SHIRAZ: Deep garnet heart with blood red rim combined with cassis and sweet spices on the nose that are classic Shiraz characteristics. The palate is dry with intensity of stylish oak infused with juicy wild blackberry fruit. Will cellar for up to 10 years.
VIOLA CABERNET SAUVIGNON: Garnet red tones teamed with rich blackcurrant and creamy truffle flavours. The palate is soft with a medium to full berry intensity and light oak finish. Will cellar for up to 10 years. SOLD OUT - new vintage launched August 2007.
BERNARD CHAMBOURCIN: This rich Chambourcin fruit has been combined with a small parcel of premium Merlot to create a velvety wine with plum & berry flavours. The soft oak adds medium depth and sophisticated complexity. The deep purple core is typical of the Chambourcin variety.
KARMA SPARKLING CHAMBOURCIN: Deep vibrant crimson hues, a nose of toffees, caramels and spicy mulberry with a creamy palate. Drink now or cellar for up to five years to develop more earthy complexity. Will turn the simplest occasion into something special.
BIG PETE PORT: This wine has a rich deep inky crimson appearance. The nose features molasses, liquorice, treacle, chocolate and coffee liquor aromas and the palate is a balance of spirit, sweet Chambourcin fruit. A lovely style to be enjoyed with rich desserts or a bold cheese.
MICK'S LIQUEUR MUSCAT: Luscious and mouth filling with well integrated spirit and a long warm finish. Raisin and walnut flavours with fruit spices. The perfect accompaniment to rich desserts such as chocolate mousse or Christmas pudding.
SILKY OAK LIQUEUR MUSCAT: A fortified white Muscat with an inviting golden colour, creamy vanilla aromas, lime and passion fruit flavours. Excellent with cheesecake, crème caramel or a light cheese.
