In 1973, McIvor Creek Wines was the first winery to be licenced in the modern era of wine making in the Heathcote region.  The winery has been owned by the Turley Family for the past 22 years.  We have available for tasting and sale our award winning Heathcote Shiraz and Heathcote Merlot, also a barrel fermented Heathcote Marsanne, our Moonlight Blend and our Fine Old Tawny Port.  For those who have their own port barrel, or who just enjoy port, we also have a bulk port available - bring your own container or we can supply a container for a small extra fee.  Our Cellar Door is open 7 days a week (Closoed Christmas Day) from 10.00am to 5.30pm, is built around a 50+ year old Red Box Gum and we have a picnic area with free gass BBQ and 360 digree views. 

We also manufacture Dalhousie Fine Foods and Beechworth Preserves on site - these products are also available for purchase in our Cellar Door - single jars, some lovely gift boxed items and some "over-run & discontinued line" specials.
